Wonder Lady and Super Lady were defeated by Bandlega. The Earth is dominated by Bandlega now. Dr. Kobayashi who were supporter of them organized resistance but he was driven into the corner. Then， a girl appears and defeats Bandlega’s subordinates to save Dr. Kobayashi. Her name is Ray. She wanted to die but decides to fight with Bandlega after meeting Kobayashi. Ray makes Kobayashi unconscious and goes to the battle solely. However， Ray is defeated and hardly tortured by Bandlega. Kobayashi tries to save Ray but Bandlega shoots beam toward Kobayashi. When Ray strongly prays to save Kobayashi， she reminds her memory and power and transforms into Spandexer Cosmo Angel. However， it is the beginning of deadly combat. [HAPPY END]
